About

OfflineDeck started as a shared notes file between a few friends who kept recommending each other games for long train rides. Half the fun titles we found online turned out to be useless the moment the tunnel swallowed our reception. So we began keeping a list of the ones that actually kept working, and eventually that list turned into this site.,We only cover games we've installed and spent real time with. Nobody on the team writes about a title from a trailer or a press release. If a review says a control scheme feels clumsy after an hour, that's because someone sat with it for an hour and got annoyed.,Picking what to feature is simple: it has to run offline, it has to be worth your storage space, and it has to be something we'd genuinely open again. We lean toward variety — a good racing game one week, a slow farming sim the next — because your phone library shouldn't be six clones of the same idea.,The site stays independent. We pay for our own devices and our own downloads, and we'd rather stay small and honest than big and bought.
